Workflow
- Step 1. Extract genomic DNA from the sample.
- Step 2. Set up parallel telomere and single-copy reference qPCR reactions.
- Step 3. Run on a standard qPCR cycler.
- Step 4. Calculate T/S ratio (relative) or interpolate against the standards curve (absolute).
- Step 5. Report relative ratio or absolute length in kilobases.
