Workflow
- Step 1. Lyse the cell pellet and quantify total protein.
- Step 2. Run the TRAP-style telomerase elongation reaction.
- Step 3. Amplify and quantify the extension products by qPCR.
- Step 4. Compare against positive and heat-inactivated controls.
- Step 5. Report activity in relative units against the assay positive control.
