Workflow
- Step 1. Pretreat the sample to release and concentrate residual DNA.
- Step 2. Run qPCR against a high-copy CHO genomic target.
- Step 3. Interpolate against a CHO DNA standards curve.
- Step 4. Report residual DNA in pg/dose.
