Cell STR Authentication – Human
Human cell line STR (short tandem repeat) authentication service. Compares the sample profile against ATCC/DSMZ reference databases and flags misidentified, cross-contaminated, or mislabelled cell lines.

Workflow
- Step 1. Extract genomic DNA from the submitted sample.
- Step 2. Multiplex PCR across the standard STR loci panel.
- Step 3. Capillary electrophoresis (CE) fragment analysis.
- Step 4. Allele calling and database matching.
- Step 5. Authentication report with match percentage and recommendations.
