Workflow
- Step 1. Reconstitute the primer-probe mix with RNase-free water.
- Step 2. Prepare sample directly from culture supernatant or cell suspension.
- Step 3. Set up the qPCR reaction (Mix + sample + mineral oil overlay).
- Step 4. Run on a standard qPCR cycler (e.g., ABI 7500).
- Step 5. Interpret FAM (mycoplasma) and VIC (internal control) Ct values.
