Quality-control workflow for patient-derived xenograft (PDX) mouse models. Detects mouse cell infiltration into engrafted human tumours and authenticates the PDX line.

Workflow
- Step 1. Extract genomic DNA from the tumor sample.
- Step 2. Run species-specific qPCR (human vs mouse).
- Step 3. Quantify mouse-cell infiltration fraction.
- Step 4. Optional STR profile to authenticate the line against baseline.
